Cancellation Policy

Broken appointments represent a cost to us, to you, and to other patients who could have been seen during the time set aside for you.  Cancellations are requested 24 hours prior to the appointment.

We reserve the right to charge for cancellations, no-shows, and late appointments. We are aware that giving advance notice is not always possible and we make allowances when appropriate.

However, we will not offer appointments to patients who miss or cancel two appointments without giving us proper notice.
